A 100% refund of the purchase price is only made for items that are in their original packaging and unused. If there are signs of use or if the items have been used, including for incompatibilities, deductions of 50% of the purchase price will be made. We reserve the right to completely refrain from a refund! Samples cannot be returned. If an order is returned in whole or in part, any free items received must also be returned in full. Otherwise, we will offset the value of the free item against the credit.
